Delays

If your package has been delayed, we are unable to send a replacement or offer a refund until we have contacted the courier and the shipment has been officially declared lost.

Please note that this process can take several weeks depending on the courier and destination.

Once the shipment has been confirmed as lost by the courier, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.

Returns & Withdrawal Rights

All Tak Dog Co products are printed to order after a purchase is made.

Under §312g paragraph 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.

Because our items are produced individually for each order, returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind are generally not possible.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• your order number
• photos of the product
• photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Lost Shipments

For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.

Once the courier confirms the shipment is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Color Variations

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to the printing process and differences between screens and printed materials. These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, or if a shipment is returned because it was unclaimed or rejected by the recipient, we may require a new shipping payment to resend the order.

Missing Shipments

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at: connect@takandnie.com.

We may ask you to first check with the courier or your local delivery office. If the shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or refund.


Order Cancellation

Because orders are sent to production shortly after purchase, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered production.
